Reservations & Payment
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and a confirmation email from Anasa House.
The remaining balance must be settled 30 days prior to arrival.
In accordance with Greek Law, valid passport or ID details for all guests must be provided at the time of booking for registration with the AADE (Greek Tax Authority).
Cancellation Policy
• 60 days or more prior to arrival: 20% of total stay is retained.
• 59 to 16 days prior to arrival: 50% of total stay is retained.
• 15 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of total stay is retained.
Cancellations are only effective upon receipt of written notification. No refunds are provided for ‘no shows’, flight cancellations, or early departures.House Rules & Occupancy

The maximum occupancy is 7 guests. Exceeding this limit without prior written consent will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
Anasa House is a private retreat. Parties, professional photoshoots, and outside visitors are strictly prohibited unless authorised in writing.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Outdoor smoking is permitted provided waste is disposed of safely.
Liability & Damages
A security deposit of €1000 is required to cover potential damages. This will be refunded within 5 days of departure following a property inspection.
Anasa House is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or injuries sustained on the property. We strongly recommend all guests hold comprehensive travel insurance.
